I’m trying to get some hooks swapped out on my inline spinner lures and since it’s almost impossible to remove and replace the hook on the small eyelet on the body of the lure, I’m just going to clip the hook with wire cutters and then install a tiny split ring and put the hook on that. My question is, where would I find the split rings? I’ve looked at Lowes, Home Depot, and True Value and I haven’t been able to find them anywhere. Thanks so much in advance.

Split rings are a "fishing related" item that you’ll have better luck finding in a fishing dept. Walmart occasionally will carry split rings- but it probably won’t be the size you need.

Bobber is correct- Try a large fishing dept store like D!cks, Bass Pro, Cabelas, Gander Mt. OR you can order from online and get exactly what you need shipped to your door.
